I'll save you some time. Contact anyone you want; I'm not taking my
comments down. All I wanted was a screwdriver to fix my poor son's Game
Boy. I felt obligated to warn other buyers that what you're selling may
not be the quality they are looking for, so I gave neutral feedback.

According to m-w.com, the definition of neutral is: not decided or
pronounced as to characteristics : INDIFFERENT b (1) : ACHROMATIC (2)

I was not entirely pleased nor was I entirely displeased. A neutral
feedback rating doesn't hurt your overall rating. Even a negative rating
doesn't hurt your overall rating if you're an active seller. So I don't
know why you're getting all bent out of shape.

It's because I didn't email you with my concerns? I didn't email you
because, as far as I was concerned, the transaction was over. I didn't
want a replacement of the same crappy screwdriver and $6 isn't enough
money to chase after.

I had the feeling that, if I had contacted you, you would've just blamed
me for the problem anyway. Automatically you assume that I'm using the
screwdriver for unintended purposes. I KNOW how to use a screwdriver. In
fact, after the screwdriver you sold me broke I used a Dremel to cut my
own screwdriver head on the tip of a nail so I know how to use tools.

Now, let's flip the page.

I paid for the item 5 minutes after the auction ended and I didn't give
you any hassle. Most sellers would agree that's what a good buyer is.
When I sell something and I receive payment right away and don't have to
deal with any special circumstances I give a positive rating every time
despite what they say about me.

A negative feedback hurts me far more than a neutral feedback hurts you.
And on top it all you have my money and I have nothing.

Thanks for everything.

Your friend,

By the way I read your little response to your feedback and your language
explains a lot about your personality. I believe you should remove it since
its linked to cursing and deragatory personal remarks which is not allowed
in feedback or I will contact Safeharbor and have them remove it for you. I
will allow you 24 hours before contacting Safeharbor - you should really
familiarize yourself with the EBAY rules.
